This place was so lovely, with a little kitchenette so that we could cook our own breakfast in the morning, with the organic, local food that was provided for us.

Next up ... Magnetic Hill, Moncton
This place is amazing. You must experience this! ;o) As Melissa's mom was born and raised in Moncton, Melissa had the opportunity to visit it many times during her childhood. One of her favourite places to go, was Magnetic Hill. Boy, it sure has changed (much more built up!!!) since she was last here in the mid-80's!

Poutine Rappee
Poutine Rappee
When Melissa was young, her family rented a cottage in Cassie Cape several times. She has wonderful memories here. One of the local 'delicasies' is called 'Poutine Rappee'. Forget about that 'other' Poutine you know.. this is grated potato stuffed with pork, then boiled within an inch of its life. She didn't really like it back then... and it's still questionable whether she does now. Colin's reaction when seeing this gastronomic delight for the first time was, "OMG.. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT"???
